GRENADINE - renovation

Located in the heart of furn el Chebak, Beirut, the facades and main entrance of this old building were renovated while preserving their particular design. All comon electro-mechanical systems were changed and upgraded, solar water heating panels and tanks installed for all apartments. In addition, some interior renovation works were requested at some of the apartments.Our skilled team rose to the challenge of executing all works while the building still had all it's tenants with minimum disruption to their daily routines.
